A Message from Our Founder

“Hartlock was built on the belief that regional organisations should not have to compromise on professionalism, compliance or service reliability. We also believe that dependable service begins with looking after the people who deliver it.”

“We are committed to creating meaningful regional employment opportunities for parents returning to the workforce, young people beginning their careers, First Nations people and individuals from diverse backgrounds. By employing responsibly, classifying and remunerating our people correctly, and investing in training, support and development, we build capable teams that our clients can trust.”
